Park, between Bakersfield and Los Angeles. We carry a unique
selection of Beads, Findings, Natural Gemstones and Crystal.

Here at
A Spot of Bead
we offer monthly workshops (descriptions below) and starting in
mid-April of 2010 we have a twice a week Technique workshop. This
is where you will learn a new technique to use in your personal
creations. Technique workshops are $15 per person for two
hours. These workshops will be on the Calendar starting April 13th;
Tuesdays (2-4pm) and Fridays (4-6pm). Check the calendar for the
Technique for the Week!

We continue to expand our teachers and
offer various techniques in different mediums. Antoinette’s Wire
Weaving Class was a huge hit and will be back quarterly for those of
you who missed her class or just want a refresher. Non
refundable Deposits are required for all guest teachers

Below is a Brief
description of each monthly event for those of you who are new to
our site! Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions,
if you would like to be on our weekly newsletter go to the “Contact
Us” page and let me know! I would be happy to add you to our email
list!
First let me tell you about our monthly teas "Tea for Two Workshop":
Every month on a Thursday (check the calendar for specific date) we
host a tea
with a workshop included in one low fee. Two tea times
are available 12pm-2:00pm and 3:30pm-5:30pm. So far they have been a hit
and we hope to see you soon at one of our teas. Seating is limited
be sure to book your seat in advance.
Our monthly "Pink Champagne Socials" are a hit! We
use Swarovski crystals in our projects for this workshop.
Refreshments and supplies are all included in one low fee, this
event will be held once a month on a Saturday afternoon 4-6pm.
Seating will be limited so be sure to make your reservation prior to
the event.
Our 3rd monthly event which is a Youth event (ages 6-13,
for both Parents and their children), “Build an Ice Cream Sundae
Workshop”. This event is also held on Saturday once a month
from 1pm-2:30pm. We make a project and then we build a sundae!
This event is Yummy!
Our fourth event a Customer appreciation event for all your past, present and future support: "Two hour Tuesdays" from 11:30am-1:30pm
20% off all beads findings, tools and Supplies. (Excluding Artwork
and finished Jewelry) This event will be held every Tuesday of the
month.
